Below are the terms on which Relax House provides service to our clients. Please ensure that you have read and fully understood them prior to booking any treatments. Thank you
Appoinments & Cancellations
Be sure you are committed to your appointment before booking a 50% non refundable booking fee is required for each booking.
Your appointment will automatically be cancelled if the booking fee is not paid within 24 hours.
By paying the non Refundable booking fee you are confirming you agree to the cancellation policy as detailed below…
you can RESCHEDULE your appointment once up to 48 hours in advance of your appointment time and your booking fee will be transferred. This must be to a new date within 28 days of the original appointment. If more than 28 days, a new booking fee will be required.
if you wish to reschedule the appointment more than once you will be required to pay a new booking fee.
if you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment time you will lose your booking fee.
If you cancel your appointment 24 hours before your appointment time or are a no show you will be responsible to pay the full treatment price before being rebooked.
Alternatively we reserve the right to charge your card details upon late cancellation or no show show to your appointment.
Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers may be purchase for an amount or a specific treatment via in the salon direct or online (HERE)
The voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase or from a specific date subject to agreement with Relax House.
If the voucher has been expired for less than 4 weeks it may be extended for a further 4 weeks at the cost of £10.
Gift Voucher bookings that do not give 24 hours notice will have 50% of the value deducted.
Deposits & Payments
All aesthetic treatments including Microblading require a booking fee upon booking. These can be made using card or online bank transfer. All treatments will be paid for in FULL before you leave the salon before or after receiving your treatment.
All treatments purchased as a course are to be paid for in FULL in advance of starting. All the treatments within your course must be taken within 12 months of the date of purchase. Any treatments left untaken will be forfeited.
Moving forward we are working toward paperless receipts but if requested will be happy to email your receipt to you.
Special Offers
All offers are subject to change. If a closing date is not given, the offer will cease at the discretion of Relax House.
