Profhilo is an exclusive skin remodelling treatment designed for individuals skin that is lacking volume and elasticity. By stimulating the production of collagen and elastin through the slow release of Hyaluronic Acid (HA), Profhilo significantly improves the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and helps to increase hydration and firmness across the face.

How does it work?

Profhilo has been specially formulated to contain a unique level of Hyaluronic Acid (a naturally occurring substance found in our bodies that is responsible for maintaining moisture within our skin), which helps to encourage the production of collagen and elastin across the skin. Due to the way Profhilo has been made, it acts as a hydrator rather than a filler and therefore fantastic for those with tired, dull and ageing skin as it provides overall more plump and luminous skin.

Profhilo is injected just below the skins surface in just 2 sessions over a period of 4 weeks and disperses quickly across the skin to instantly boost hydration, consequently smoothing fine lines and wrinkles resulting in improved skin texture.

How many treatments will I need?

For the best results you will need a minimum of 2 treatments of Profhilo. Your initial treatment and a follow up 4 weeks after. 

Your skin may require more after 6 weeks depending on skin condition.

Further treatments can then be carried out every 6-12 months.

What may I experience after my treatment?

As with any injectable treatment, there is chance of bruising and swelling for up to 7-10 days afterwards. Usually swelling has dispersed after 4-5 days as the Profhilo smooths under the skin.
